I weigh 13 stone bang on..And my body fat is 17.4% with the digital calipers.

Started my diet today.Done my back and 25mins on the stepper.Will be taking 3 caps of phenadrine,pro recover and purple wrath aswell as a good diet.I will put up my current weight and body fat later on.
