So tonight will be my 6th jab... Thursdays are in my left glute, which If i'm honest, I really don enjoy! I'm very right handed, and find using my left for the left glute very hard to control. My Technique is poor, and the site seems to get more sore than my right glute... Either way, its gotta be done. I'm settling into jabbing now, relaxing more and taking my time!

Enough of the jab talk - whats really important is whether the jabs are worth it right?
Unfortunately I didn't train for 10days, due to full blown flu, then I played football on saturday and monday I was hit even worse! I managed a morning Chest session, but since then I've done nothing... SO in the first 3 weeks i've hardly trained, although tonight i'm gonna be hitting back!!

So my chest session, it was my first ever morning session, and I found my weights were the same, just cranking out a few more reps. Seemed to have a bit more stamina with the weights too. Weighed myself when I got up and was just under 209lbs, thats about 9-10lbs increase from start... I think some of this is water, and some is fat as I've been eating alot without training! I was quite startled to see the scales read that... My mate thought I looked bigger at the gym, and t-shirts feel bit tighter.

TBH, i've put a bit of weight on around my waist again which I'm not liking, but once I start training again properly 4times a week, with football 2 times a wek, im confident I can keep this at bay!!

So for now, that is all really - Looking forward to training tonight and next week, to see if I really can notice a difference or not... I'm also unsure whether to play football saturday. Dr said I should rest up, but its a big game against a close mate of mines team, I really dont think I can resist! ARGH!!

Hi mate, just dropping in to see how it's going. I read about the pain you've been having with the injections. I think I've decided I'm gonna go with the pharma stuff.
Sucks that you had to take some time off training, but at least you're gaining weight.

In my first week post PCT and I'm itching to get my first cycle started!
