28 yrs old, 5'11", 19st of fat waiting to be turned into muscle!Chest 49", Bicep 17.5"Benching 95Kg
Improve bench, bicep curl and tricep by 2.5kg minimum each month.
Not fussed about what the scales say but would like to turn the fat into muscle and change my body image and overall strength and fitness.
