31, in deepest Yorkshire. Been training on and off for years. Tricky part is sticking with it when NONE of your mates are into the gym. Hoping this year to put on some size and actually feel like I could call myself a bodybuilder!
Lower my BF% to under 20 and work on a lean bulk. Train consistently week in, week out and find ways to stay motivated when training at home.
Get to a level where I see myself as a bodybuilder, build some mass and ultimately lean down a bit to see I can find that elusive six pack.
