Well its been just over 2 weeks now, and the cycle is going good. With the time ive been on i cant complain, although reading about d/bol i thought i might hit higher plains so to speak, but many factors play its part..
Gains are creeping up, my weight has reached 15st 5lb, then drops a little, as with the diet thats another thing which has to be worked at.
Gains in the gym are creeping up also, i get real pump whilst in the gym, and can see a difference within my shape, triceps especially.
i will admit i do feel sometimes alittle whacked out, but i believe thats down to age, and may be over doing it a little in gym, so haveing today off, back in the gym monday, well until nxt week....
