well ,its now been 3 weeks, and the trainings goin good, only bad thing, back to work monday, so will now have to do a 3 day split..
Weight gain is incresing, slowly and also strength, i was however doing a 5x5, but now im opting for 3 set and pirymid..
Feel it would be better if i kept good form, than bang loads of weight and flop about all over the place
Shape is changing weekly i believe, or i may need my eyes testing, lets wait and see..
