Today was HIIT and and 8 sets of abs.
Meal 1 - 120g oats, 1 scoop maltodextrin, 50g whey, 3g bcaas, 2 cod liver oil, vitamin c, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
Meal 2 - 150g chicken, 100g oats, 6 brussel sprouts, 100g spinach
Meal 3 - 150g tuna, 100g peas, 100 oats
PRE WORKOUT - 3g bcaas
Post workout shake - 50g whey, 50g waxy maize, 10g creatine, 3g bcaas
Meal 4 - 150g turkey, 100g oats, 100g broccoli, 50g cabbage
Meal 5 - 150g quark, 20g oats, 25g whey, 25g peanut butter, vitamin c, 2 cod liver oil, milk thistle, 4g wheatgrass
Lazy day today besides the gym where i did 5 minutes steady jog, 2 minutes run 2 minutes sprint intervals for 10 minutes followed by
Wieghted sit ups with russian twist - 5x9kg X 4 Seated cable crunch - 5x29kg X 4
Feeling good again drunk alot of water gonna get a good nights sleep and hit up chest and biceps tomorrow.
