Todays chest and biceps, faviourite workout of the week next to shoulder.

Meal 1 - 120g oats, 50g whey, 25g maltodextrin, 10g peanut butter, 3g bcaas, 2 cod liver oils, 1 vitamin c, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg

WORKOUT

Post workout shake - 50g waxy miaze, 50g whey, 3g bcaas, 10g creatine

Meal 2 - 150g turkey, 100g oats, 100g peas, 5 brussel sprouts

Meal 3 - 80g oats, 50g whey, 100g runner beans

Meal 4 - 150g tuna, 100g oats, 100g red cabbage, lettuce

Meal 5 - 150g quark, 25g whey, 20g peanut butter, 20g oats, milk thistle, 1 vitamin c tablet, 2 cod liver oil

Chest workout

5x80kg X 5 Bench press
5x30kg X 5 Cable crossovers
5x70kg X 5 Incline bench press
5x75kg X 5 Butterfly
16 pressups

Bicep Workout
Supersets

6x8kg dumbell curl on each arm whilst holding contraction between reps.
4x16kg dumbell preacher curl.
16x20kg Barbell bicep curl.

Performed that 3 times.
