Today was cardio and abs. Diet looked like this :

Meal 1 - 150g oats, 50g whey, 25g maltodextrin, 3g bcaas, 1 vitamin c, 2 cod liver oils, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg

Meal 2 - 150g chicken, 100g oats, 100g peas

Meal 3 - 150g tuna, 100g oats, 100g red cabbage, 5 brussel sprouts

Meal 4 - 100g oats, 50g whey

PRE WORKOUT - 3g bcaas

Post workout - 50g whey, 3g bcaas, 10g creatine, 50g waxy maize

Meal 5 - 150g tuna, 100g oats, Lots of veg.

Meal 6 - 150g quark, 25g whey, 25g peanut butter, milk thistle, vitamin c, 2 cod liver oil.

10 Minutes of sprint intervals - 2 minute sprint, 2 minute jog ect.

Seated Cable crunch.
