Today was legs, i ****ing hate legs the next day you feel like you've been gangraped.

Meal 1 - 150g oats, 50g whey, 25g maltodextrin, 10g peanut butter, 3g bcaas, 2 cod liver oils, 1 vitamin c, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg

Pre workout - 3g bcaas

Post workout - 50g maltodextrin, 50g whey, 10g creatine, 3g bcaas

Meal 2 - 120g oats, 150g chicken, 100g peas

Meal 3 - 80g oats, 50g whey, 100g runner beans

Meal 4 - 150g chicken, 100g oats, 100g red cabbage, 50g lettuce,

Meal 5 - 100g chicken, 100g oats, 100g broccoli

Meal 6 - 150g quark, 25g whey, 20g peanut butter, 20g oats, milk thistle, 1 vitamin c tablet, 2 cod liver oil, 5g wheatgrass

Today i tested out the '666' workout. Basically you perform an exersice with 6 sets of 85% of your RM for 6 reps, with 30 second rest between sets and 2 minutes rest between exersices.

6x85kg X 6 Squats
6x42kg X 6 Leg extensions
6x52kg X 6 Standing calf raises
6x20kg X 6 Hamstring Curls
6x100kg X 4 Leg Press

Woke up this morning and felt like death haha.
