OK just as a warning to anyone - do NOT NOT NOT buy met rx amped!! Had a double serving of it (AS PER THE DIRECTIONS) and felt sick for about 3 hours starting towards the end of my workout :( Managed to keep it together to finish fairly well but definitely avoid this stuff!
