I have been eaiting rubbish for the past 10 years with no care about my body or fitness.I started this at 23, 5ft 11, 216lb, and unable to do 5mins of fast jogging.
I aim to get to 190lb by 5th october (26lb in 2 months) Im currently achieving it quicker than this, but i know it will fade.I also want to be able to run 2km without rest
I wish to have a lean body, with no more than 12% BF, and contiune to eat well
