Wasn't able to get to the gym to do legs & shoulders so will have to do that tomorrow. But did do back & bis yesterday. Here's what happened.

Shrug 5x80kg x3, 5x90kg, 5x100kg, 30x40kg (5x70kg x3, 5x80kg x2)
Bent over row DB 5x30Lbs, 5x 35Lbs, 5x40Lbs, 5x50Lbs, 5x45Lbs (BB BOR 5x30kg, 5x40kg x4)
Back extension 3x10 (3x10) Will increase reps next week
Cable row 10x50kg, 10x55kg, 10x60kg (10x40kg, 10x50kg, 10x45kg)
Bicep curl 5x25kg x5 (5x24kg x5)
Seated alternating DB curls 10x15Lbs x3 (10x15Lbs x3) alot easier than last week will step up to 20Lbs

I've got a nice pain in the traps still so I know I worked them well.

Will weight in tomorrow morning and update along with how training was tomorrow.
