been training most of my adult life for one reason or another, in the gym 5 times a week working on strength and power.

Short Term Goals

Drop body fat to below 10%, find a suitable diet that will fit in with mt student lifestyle (and money lol). improve strength and personal image by ripping up a bit more. Most important of all, be ready to hit hard in new rugby season.

Long Term Goals

maintain a healthy diet, stay injury free and work hard in the gym, out of the gym learn what i can for max gains.
