Ive been training for twenty years and had phases of being very intense and motivated. Recently motivation has dropped so I have really tried to sort my goals out and be consistent with them.
1, Increase muscle mass and improve technique. 2, Follow a diet and be consistent with it.3, Do my own research and network with experienced and sensible people that know alot about body building, weight training and fitness.
To have an amazing body that is sustainable without impacting on my long term health too mch.
