Eating enough

Have always struggled with eating alot of food.. just dont have a big appetite i guess....
sometimes just noit hungry when i`m trying to force anothetr meal down my neck... takes me ages to eat most things.. so i tried utting loadsa stuff in shakes

3 eggs.. 2 bananas... 2 scoops protein.... 3/4 pint skimmed milk. table spoon of peanut butter...... I can drink this down easy and i like it .. so did two of these a day one for breaky.. and one straight after training

was also eating porridge for breaky

lunch tin a tuna.... with salad cream.. only way i could eat it... with 4 wholemeal bread
2 yogurts

training..... bout 1 hr 30 mins

dinner... 2 & 1/2 chicken breasts, with cup of white rice, brown makes me gag.....

mid evening.. bowl of porridge.
before bed..... cottage cheese... pint of milk &sometimes 2 more bread with marmite put on 1 stone 10 lbs in 6 weeks.. But too much fat.. face strated to bloat, as did belly & although general bulk was better.. i think it was more a layer of fat , over previously good muscle shape.. so now i`ve cut diet & have lost bout 3/4 stone... Trying to find another diet that work for me...... i put on fat too easily .. so think i need no more than maybe 15%.......

Ya know... i thought i had a fair & reasonable knowledge about what i was doing.. but less than a day on here & i realise i know next to nothing.. This is gonna be like going back to school........

So much to take in.. i mean just basic stuff.. that i`ve been getting wrong.......

Biggest mistake is diet..... Need to get a better understanding of my requirements and stick to em... I`m now aware that mixing a quarter bottle of salad cream into my tin a tuna in order to get it down is a pretty big mistake, when i`m doing that everyday...... but just cant eat it dry.

Because thre are so many variant diets on here .. i have to admit i`m confused, not stupid, just confused......
Do i eat 10 eggs a day..? if i do, do i only eat 3 yolks.... Can i put some kinda sauce on the rice i eat with chicken, cause it tastes like **** naked, How litle can i get away with eating and still see results.. I mean... eating for me is hard work.....trying to eat 6-8 times a day.. is hell for me....makes me gag, when i`m trying to stuff it down.. Just makes me wanna sleep too.. & Its real tricky fitting the mid morning & mid pm eats in..... Maybe this is when i need to be taking the shake... but alwayas figured.. liquid meal in morning & after training, for quick feed to the system when its really needed..... Think i need to sit back here for a week or so & just take it all in.. before i restart.... But a know what its like..... as soon as you`ve set ya mind, ya just wanna get to it & get moving, right there & then..... ok for now, maybe more haste , less speed.....
