My big downfall is food, i just love it. i cant say no to a bag of sweets. like others i have good and bad days. my job means i work shifts, for 1 week a month i work nights which i stuggle to eat during the night.
i would say im fairly fit, i ran the london half marathon in 1.52 in sept 2010. i also play football and try to go to the gym twice a week. i hope to slim down for next summer 2011!
i'm general goal is to slim down and lose the belly, i was 13st 7 but am currently 12st 11 but want to get to 12st 5 through a good diet & cardio with weights to tone up. i play football 3 times a week (train twice and play on saturday)
