Bio

Hello, i am 34 years old married with a daughter, this is important as they give me a lot of support. i have been powerlifting for just over 2 1/2 years and really enjoy it.

Short Term Goals

My short term goal is to get my self ready for the worlds (if i am luck enough to go). i have set my self targets of what i would like to reach over the next 5 - 6 weeks.

Long Term Goals

To become a British champion and world champion.

Friday 16th was a heavy night adn seems to be going well Squat was the usual warm ups finishing on 190kg for 5 and they felt quite easy. Bench was light finishing on 120kg for 10 reps Dead Lift was heavy finishing on 230kg for 5.
