Tuesday 20th was a light squat and heavy bench

Squat went well, up to 180kg for 5 reps, bench was supposed to be 145kg for 5 but I only managed 4 so next Tuesday will be 145kg again and hopefully for 5.

Behind the neck press started at 50kg and ended up on 80kg, followed by biceps (standing curls) and triceps (skull crushers).
