Friday the 23/10/09 was heavy night again for Squat and dead lift and all went quite well.
started as usual with squat, warm ups were the same 60kg for 10, 100kg for 5, 140kg for 3, 175kg for 1 then my top set of 195kg which I did five for (that is a PB for me) was very pleased with this.
bench was light night so we did not go higher than 130kg, bench work out was 60kg for 10, 80kg for 5, 100kg for 5, 120kg for 5 130kg for 5. This was finished off with 10 reps on 50kg dumbbells.
Dead lift was again a step up for me as I am getting close to reps limit. 100kg for 10, 160kg for 2, 200kg for 2 and then 240kg for 3 (this was a PB for me) which again I was very pleased with since my best on this has been 2 reps.
Shrugs on Friday was done with 220kg for 10, this felt very good.
The session was finished off with the usual skull crunchers, bicep curls, and sit ups
