Missed posting last week so I will do them both together
Tuesday the 27th was again light squat and heavy bench, squat was 185kg (I don’t go past this weight on a light night) with 5 reps on this quite easy. the bench was again 4 reps on 145kg which is one short of my target, however I did leave my self an extra week which means that I will be going for 5 reps on the 3rd.
Friday the 30th was a heavy night and quite important nights as these are in PB territory.
the squat was heavy 200kg for 3-5 reps, I managed to get 3 reps on this which is a PB, same goes for the Dead lift I was attempting 3 reps at 250kg but only managed 1, how ever all these lifts are raw and as my best comp dead lift has been 250kg with a belt it was a good lift for me. This week we will be using the belt on the dead lift so should add an extra 10kg which is what I am hoping for. :)
