I've kept a training book on me when training for the last year. All sets and reps on every exersize.

Obviously im not going to type them all up, so i shall start with tonights chest and bi sessions as my first.

Im at that stage in my training, when progress has slowed (compared to when i started) but is still evident from one week to the next.
