Back to it after a week off down in Exeter with my girlfriend. I ate really well so didn't expect to lose much if any strength.
ME lower
70kg x 3 120kg x 3 150kg x 3 200kg x 3 - 2ply Suit bottoms on, straps down 230kg x 2 - Wraps on 260kg x 1 - Solid
The main problem squatting with a wide stance is setting up, im fine walking out but getting my feet in the right position is a bugger. Im not always in the ideal position but most of the time its ok.
5" box deadlift
70kg x 5 120kg x 3 160kg x 3 200kg x 10
Forgot my chalk so had to pause, wipe my hands then lift. Felt like i had another 5+ in me.
Narrow stance GM
70kg x 10 100kg x 10 120kg x 8
So the plan for this mesocycle is to focus on bringing up my squat to the region of 300kg, ideally in just a suit - no briefs, and get back to some form of benching providing my shoulders are ok. I think i'll wait to the new year to get a shirt so RAW for the time being.
