Bio

120 kg novice strongman im in my third year of training done three comps highest finish is 2nd at southwest strongman challenge came 7th in 2008 and 7th at uk strongman north 09.

Short Term Goals

Improve cardio not as fit as i should be.
Bring up 1rm in squat and deadlift to about 280-300kg raw currently on 275 squat and 280 deadlift raw 15 3 2010
Bring up my shoulder power

Long Term Goals

get to uk strongman north final in august and possibly move up to the opens class

First time in a couple of months had time to update trog all training going well making good progress on all exercices either extra couple of reps or 2.5kg each week squat and deadlift going up slowly Got 18 weeks before next comp training alot more...
