not done one for a while just been trying bits and bobs hill sprints fast walking lots of farmers walks truck pulling pulled a 30 ton grain wagon at work very heavy about popped my head got a prowler made at work the best 40 quid i ever spent, been trying to improve my pressing been using 2 inch bars instead of normal ones using a scaffold bar ideal for olympic weights managed 180 kg in the bench just had wrist wraps and a 125 log for three slowly improving and got myself a squat suit and a deadlift suit on order amazed at how much difference it makes can do 250kg for reps without a belt
