Trained twice this week did some farmers walk on tuesday night worked up to 120 in each hand just doing 20m sprints did 4 sets not to out of puff but knew i had done it, after this i did some arm over arm pulling with my car up the drive it is quite steep proberly every three meters forward its a meter up, did a full pull hands up to chin the the driver put the brakes on then pulled again got about 15 meters and couldnt do any more felt like i was going to pop my head. then on thyrsday did some clean and press with a two inch bar wasnt heavy just couldnt get going only worked up to 100 for two been doing some walking as well 1 hour fast walking with a 15 kilo rucksack and biking to work used up all my creatine as well was using kre alkalin pro very good results having a week off then im trying some from my protein. Ready for monday afternoon first session of new routine
