Been Training roughly 5 years,Height 5ft 8. starting weight 145 pounds. 5 Years later 180 pounds

Short Term Goals

Stay at 180 pounds but lower Bodyfat
Squat 150Kg for 5
Bench 105Kg for 5
Deadlift 170Kg for 5
Clean 85Kg for 5
Bleep Test of Level 13+

Long Term Goals

Get to 200 Pounds
Bleep Test Level 13+
Keep Gaining Strength
