Bio

At the moment I'm 6'2" 111kg carrying some body fat, with 4 months strength training under my belt.

Short Term Goals

Follow Wendler's 5/3/1 to get my 3 core lifts up to a 500kg total - try not to pile too much fat on.

Long Term Goals

Get my 3 core lifts up to a 600kg total, work in more lifts and begin strongman training.
