More lazy posting occurring.

Squats - warmup sets followed by: 5 @ 122.5kg, 3 @ 140kg, 3 @ 155kg.
Deadlift - warmup sets followed by: 5 @ 152.5kg, 3 @ 175kg, 3 @ 195kg.
Bench - warmup sets followed by: 5 @ 80kg, 3 @ 92.5kg, 1 @ 102.5kg.

Overall, very pleased with the squat and deadlift.
