Had a very hard day at work, looking forward to my workout tonight...
Seated DB press. 8kg, 10kg, 12kg and a half a 14kg..still trying to get that damm weight up.
Side and front Laterals, 10kg plate for front ones, and 7kgs for side ones..
Reverse delt flyes, 6kg 7kg 8kg
Skull crusher lying on a bench..12kg, 14kg, 16kg...tired an 18kg for the first time and managed 2 sets of 4...that's a pb for me...yaaay...
tricep pushdowns. 15kg, 17.5kg, 20kg, 22.5kg
Abs then long cardio...wasn't supposed to be doing one but I had sucha sh....e day at work today I think I had a lot of energy to burn off...I did 1.5 hrs...stoooopid woman, but better than going out and getting pi....d...which is what I felt like doing...wouldn't have taken much actually....1 glass of wine would just about do it!!...lol...instead I did 45 mins cross stepper, half an hour on bike, and the rest a quick walk on the treads...
not the best night really, but one pb is something to be happy about...I'm well and truly knacked!...can't be bothered to eat as I just got in so off to bed with a hot choccy!....nom nom...
