Glute kickbacks on a bench...I berluddy love these! 20kgs, 25kgs, 30 kgs 35kgs but only could do 4...hard on the buttocks!! lol
calves 3 sets of 20kg on a seated calf machine
Abs...3 sets of 3, flutter kicks, weighted crunch and scissor kicks
walking lunges but everything waist down was a bit "eeek" by now so 3 sets of 10 with a 12kg weight....
Cardio for 20 mins
Quite pleased with that...am lovng the squat rack...am not loving the big geezers trying hard not to laugh at my piddly weights....lol....bless...but they were very helpful tho' in lifting the big weights off for me...yaaayyy...day off tomorrow then back on Sunday morning for a long cardio stint and a swim...
