Bench press decline 20kg, 25kg 30kg..then back down.
Flyes 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, tried a 14 but could only do 2...lol..oh well, next time..
Bicep curls, 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, still can't move a 14 to save my life...most irritating.
preacher curls6kg, 7kg, 8kg
Tricep pushdowns15kg, 17.5, 20kg, 22.5,
Used a machine that you sit on and push down with your arms back, tricep thing...never used it before, felt a bit awkward and can't remember what weight I used, 20 something I think...but 3 sets.
Abs.
30 mins stepper, 15 mins bike and 15 mins fast walk.
Stretches and then treat myself to a sauna on sunday mornings before anyone else comes in, all to myself and I love it...yaaaay...
