Lat pulldowns 28kg, 35kg, 42kg, tried 49kg but could only do one really bad one and I got into a right strop over it...why can't I move up on this...grrrrr
Seated row. my fave...45kg, 55kg, 65kg, 75kg then back down grrrreat!
Bent over DB rows 14kg, 16kg, 18kg then back down, and used 12kg to finish
Barbell rows bent over...I just don't get this move, always feel uncofortable doing it.
but anyway, 17.5kg, 25kg, 30kg but its a bit hard on 30kgs.then back down

gym was packed tonight and I felt quite pooped...not over the moon with it but at least I went....so all's good...
