I've been training on and off now for 18 years and pretty consistant for the last 11 years. I had a knee op last year after damaging it while doing squats in Oct 2007. I ran a test cycle last year and managed to keep a lot of the gains.
To see if I can regulary train my legs without issues, drop body fat, and gain some quality muscle before I get too old! I really want to get to 16st this year while not gaining anymore body fat. I am 15.5st right now.
To keep doing what I love and keep gaining lean mass while I am still fit and able.
