Bio

Late thirties, been hitting the gym 3-4 days a week with very little results. Changing to heavier weight training regime to see if this makes a difference.

Short Term Goals

Lean muscle increase.

Long Term Goals

Put on a little weight and muscle. Already thin so a well sculpted defined look would be great.
