Did an hour of boxing tonight at the club, shoulders were aching like mad from yesterday's session though.

Left hamstring still gash, so more stretching and foam roller on it. Floor Press: 100kg x 5, 5, 4 (hands were slipping) Chest Supported Machine Rows: 108kg x 6, 112kg x 2 x 6 Finished with some RC work and chain dips, supine pull ups and push ups.

Just did about 30-45 minutes of a basic session, keeping 1 eye on my dodgy hamstring but it seems to be ok. I should manage ok for boxing on Tuesday.

Hamstring was tight and painful yesterday so missed out my squatting session and probably will do for the next week or so, possibly due to not taking it easy at boxing on Tuesday. Add to that, my lats, shoulders and serratus' are all sore as hell! ...
