Get in there, weighed in this morning at 17st 3lbs, a 2lbs drop from last week!!! Agenda for the week at the moment is as follows
Today - completed 60 min interval workout, covering 8.5km, followed by some stomach work, and an hour of BJJ later on tonight.
Tues - Another 60 min interval workout followed by some forearm work, and an hour of thai boxing in the evening
Wed - Rest day with some gentle early morning swimming.
Thurs - Early morning swimming followed by upper body weights workout.
Fri - 60 min interval training followed by a little shoulder work.
Sat - An hour of BJJ
Sun - Lie in!!!
