Married, female.

Short Term Goals

Improve fitness levels, with an emphasis on cardiovascular endurance and strength. I'd also like to reach a 4-minute breath-hold which currently stands at only 3-minutes.

Long Term Goals

To maintain improved fitness levels for as long as possible.
