Bio

Started off training about 2 year, put some decent weight on from sorting out my diet and training hard.

Weight- 14.13
Height- 5"8
BF- 20%

Bench - 110
Leg Press - 460
Squat - 160

Short Term Goals

Lower bodyfat and maintain weight around 14 - 15 stone.

Long Term Goals

Drop my BF to below 10% and be around 17 - 18 stone.
