Bio

I have had bunion ops on my feet; left big toe has a limited rom. Feet are flat and I wear insoles.
Virtually all muscles are tight.
Lower back and middle back cause me pain.
Very weak stabilising muscles in both shoulders.

Short Term Goals

Lose fat for my summer holiday on Lanzarote in 3 weeks time.

Long Term Goals

Improve posture. Strengthen shoulders. Lose fat. Build muscle. Build strength.
