Had an oatcake before training.
10 mins walking warmup.
Seated row, leg extensions and leg curls did 1 warm-up set and 3 work sets.
Chest press and lateral raises did 1 warm-up set and 2 work sets.
Cable extension, biceps and triceps 3 sets.
15 mins cardio.
Stretching.
Ok but felt a bit tired.

Am eating normal amount of carbs today.
