First leg session in 5 months....eeek

Had first leg session since July today I'm so going to ache ache ache!!

Am concentrating on hamstrings, glutes and quad sweep this time round so starting with hamstrings.

Single legged lunges/squats on squat machine
Standing leg curls
Close stance leg press
Close stance hack squat
Single leg extensions

Could feel legs starting to stiffen so thought that lot was sufficient for this session!! I'd been feeling really strong and found my weights virtually back to where I was before I started dieting. Walked for 15mins on treadmill after just to hopefully help prevent at least some pain that's to come

Had a semi cheat tonight, homemade fish stew (salmon, scallops, prawns, haddock, and smoked cod) with lightly curried coconut milk as the base followed by small helping of Ben and Jerrys served on warm flapjack....bloody gorgeous.
