First chest session today. Have lost a little strength but was pleased to get up to the 20kg dbs for pressing.

Pretty quick session, over and done in 35 minutes and that was training with hubbie.....it's amazing how quick he can be when he's rushing off to rugby
Going to make the Xmas cake today, have had the fruit soaking in Grand Marnier, Rum and Ginger wine for 5 days now...hehe!!
