Just had a fabulous training session with Paul B!! . Chest and biceps, gonna hurt in next couple of days I think LOL!!
Chest : standing cable flies stepped back, 2 sets same but 7 reps back and 7 reps stepped forward same as above but forward first Incline db press: the swine passed me the 22.5kgs for the third set and I sort of managed 4 reps with a little help then dropped to 17.5s
Hammer press for 2 sets 1 set single arm low cable cross over 2 sets pec dec, standing but leaning into m/c with shoulders (to give a decline effect)
Biceps
leaning d/b curls (leaning over a bench so arms hang free) Over head cables rope hammer curls
The best workout I've had since the show and certainly in the top of best workouts I've ever had.
Didn't hang around as got a lot on this afternoon and thought it wise before my chest and arms ceased up LOL!!
