i got bored of eating tuna and literally stopped eating it for a while. however i have this everyday at the mo and its great and takes about 5 mins to prepare and 5 mins to cook....

1 tin of tuna chunks, drain the water / brine well and put the tuna in a bowl.

finely chop 2 cloves garlic, half an onion and a small piece of celery and chuck in the bowl with the tuna.

add an egg, a generous dose of chili flakes and paprika.

i also add one scoop of myprotein powdered oats. grind ur own in the blender if u dont have any.

shape into burgers, heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry for a few mins each side. outsides go crispy and centre is soft. taste really good try it! i serve it with a nice salad.

    Tuna Burgers

    Mix tuna with some spices to your liking then mix in some weetabix to absord the moisture of the tuna. Leave in fridge for 10 mins then shape in to burgers. Fry in a little olive oil.......DONE!

    The best ones are Thai style one with chillies, lemon grass, coriander, ginger.


    Can be eaten cold if required

      Mix with 1/2 tub of cottage cheese and bit of full fat mayo.
