just wanna say well done to Gaz Bounds I no he floats around on here but not a member he got 2nd yesterday in the over 90kg at bedworth well done mate for a first show it was bloody good effort !

good day yesterday Lisa cross guest posing 3 weeks out from the amatuer Arnold she looked amazing !
