@ will - you know mate this baffled me as the top pics is at the end of the SUC this time last year, so I would have had a tan for the end pics, but I think I got a spray tan and the swimming pool stripped it, leaving me to look yellow and dying
@ cheers tuff's, I am pleased with my progress but can't let it go to my head nor get complacent, I gotta stay hungry as my body loves to go back to skinny in a heartbeat
@ dragon - cheers mate, yeah chest is finally seeing some fullness, in fact good spot from you i'd say it's improved the most out of everything even though that front shot's don't show it off to well

Right, I've not listed my last couple of sessions as I am so short of time atm. Legs on Sunday was a cracking session, my 20 repper front squats felt much better and explosive and my leg press weight was pretty good (for me lol)
Arms yesterday and I just smashed them to pieces with whatever was near me
I've not had a proper diet since Sunday, I actually reckon seeing those pictures made me complacent and massaged my ego too much losing my hunger. It's nice to be a bit proud of yourself for a change but you got to remember how you got there, by not skipping meals and consistency all round.
So I train today and the first thing that's apparent is I look a lot less fuller, which is a sh1tter in itself, but come to the lifting part of training and fook me, I had sod all strength, no drive and just felt deflated. On a plus note I got a new deadlift PB, but that was me done, I walked out, come home and I am gunna get back on it.
It's fcuking amazing how quickly your body changes and what little actions or lack of impact everything as a whole
Also I've decided to switch my creatine from CEE to mono after a lot of reading and a txt from selecta lol - so think I should be good for about 20 - 30lbs of muscle in a the next week or so

oh yeah, deadlift PB was 165kg x 4 - last week 160kg x 5
