Absolutely manic weekend...
 
we’ve had meal out for daughters birthday Friday night, football match (whole of saturday morning) at Lancashire FA (daughter was head hunted for them - up and coming star just you watch!!) son playing football for YMCA sat morning too. Sunday leg training then rush daughter to her local team YMCA for football (I was stood watching drinking egg whites and oats pwo lol) and Sunday afternoon we invited a few of the kids friends to go swimming at the sandcastle (biggest indoor swimming centre or something like that) now this was no biggie to me I already said I was out of this and getting my meal prep done Sunday afternoon - that is until one of the mum’s pull out and the child to parent ratio is out yes I got dragged along.
 
Bravado aside I actually had a blast and I knew I would, I love fcuking around with the kids, it just left me no meal prep time! It did give me a good opportunity for a comparison pic
 
Last time we were there was a couple of days after the 2011 Jan - Mar SUC, so I was still a little proud of all the fat I lost and took my phone into the toilets to take some snaps. So the one on the left (or top) is end of march 2011 and the others are yesterday

                  @ selecta - cheers mate, I am pleased, because I batter myself daily about my size and sometimes think that I doomed to never be big no matter what I do, then when you look at the photo's side by side you realise just how far you've come. I mean I went off the rails a few times between those pics so it isn't as big a difference as it could have been. Even my necks bigger?!

                      I can vouch for that lot... I train Walkie's better half and it's cross country one night football the next, athletics, hockey etc etc. Don't know how you manage it all 
                       
                      Great progress now mate, you're getting bigger at a good rate. Keep it up mate and i'll try and catch up in the gym some time.

                          @ will - you know mate this baffled me as the top pics is at the end of the SUC this time last year, so I would have had a tan for the end pics, but I think I got a spray tan and the swimming pool stripped it, leaving me to look yellow and dying
                           
                          @ cheers tuff's, I am pleased with my progress but can't let it go to my head nor get complacent, I gotta stay hungry as my body loves to go back to skinny in a heartbeat
                           
                          @ dragon - cheers mate, yeah chest is finally seeing some fullness, in fact good spot from you i'd say it's improved the most out of everything even though that front shot's don't show it off to well

                          Right, I've not listed my last couple of sessions as I am so short of time atm. Legs on Sunday was a cracking session, my 20 repper front squats felt much better and explosive and my leg press weight was pretty good (for me lol)
                           
                          Arms yesterday and I just smashed them to pieces with whatever was near me
                           
                          I've not had a proper diet since Sunday, I actually reckon seeing those pictures made me complacent and massaged my ego too much losing my hunger. It's nice to be a bit proud of yourself for a change but you got to remember how you got there, by not skipping meals and consistency all round. 
                           
                          So I train today and the first thing that's apparent is I look a lot less fuller, which is a sh1tter in itself, but come to the lifting part of training and fook me, I had sod all strength, no drive and just felt deflated. On a plus note I got a new deadlift PB, but that was me done, I walked out, come home and I am gunna get back on it.
                           
                          It's fcuking amazing how quickly your body changes and what little actions or lack of impact everything as a whole
                           
                          Also I've decided to switch my creatine from CEE to mono after a lot of reading and a txt from selecta lol - so think I should be good for about 20 - 30lbs of muscle in a the next week or so
                           
                          Gotta catch up with everyone else's journal
                           
                          oh yeah, deadlift PB was 165kg x 4 - last week 160kg x 5

                              Don't lead me down the garden path with 'oh yeah mono was much better for me' then when the fcuker arrives literally 1 hour ago, post in my journal about this creatine gluco you speak of!!!

                                Lol! I think the general consensus is Creatine is Creatine and you may as well just save money and get the Mono! And thats not a bad shout on the dextrose as it goes, altho i wont let that sort of muck pass these IF skinny mofo lips !

                                        Hardly been online recently, mental life is taking over again but tbh I couldn't have it any other way, I love it.
                                         
                                        Diets been better in terms of cal's, veg is still way off. Training's been spot on since that dip that session, hit more PB's.
                                         
                                        Trained legs this morning then did 7 hours of athletics........... ok well I sat and watched my kids do 7 hours of athletics, but it's draining in itself
                                         
                                        I really want to get involved in coaching, I can't get enough of supporting the kids at the events, I have such a laugh with the other kids too. Must carve out some time to peruse it before it's too late.
                                         
                                        Right I am off, i've been iPhone'in the usual journals I pop into but don't post from t'phone, but you boys know who you are... i am watching you
