    WELL PLEASED with my deadlift I was only going to up it 2.5kg a week but couldn't resist trying 160 for 5 as apposed to 157.5 lol. Felt really comfortable which is why I am chuffed, definitely got a new 1 rep max lurking inside of me and comfortable upping it next week for a new PB
     
    Pull throughs went up like mad too, considering the first week I could barley do 15 with no weight I am pleased and I think it's helping my DL no end
     
    Everything exercise was a PB, felt very strong, great sesh!

            Awesome deadlifting mate.  I'm gonna start trying to go heavier once this back heals up.  Very frustrating at the moment but working my way round it.  But 160kg is brilliant.  You must have been buzzing after that.

              @ hops - cheers mate. On the whole I am pleased bud. I'll be honest though I wouldn't be surprised if I suffered with some sort of body dismorphia. Spend a lot of my time looking out my weakness' as apposed to focussing on how much my body has changed from this time last year!! Still a massive head game for me sadly!

                              Haha I hate spotting people when they have that sort of weight. The same guy seems to ask me every time, he can hardly even manage the weight himself (normally around 150kg+). I'm standing there struggling to give him a spot and most probably looking a tit at the same time.
