want to try a new protein - similar to hurricane XS 30 January 2012 22:17 (permalink)
any recommendations.  I'd like something similar to hurricane XS, but not as sweet.  i've been using MP for about 18 months now, mainly due to price, but recently tried maximuscle cyclone during the penny sale. really liked that because it wasnt very sweet.

i dont really like drinking or eating anything thats really sweet..and the mp hurricane xs is just getting to me now.

can anyone recommend a protein blend similar to hurricane xs but not so sweet?

sorry if i sound moany, sometimes i struggle to keep it down because the taste just lingers...

I like the Hurricane flavours cant help what you like mate if its a struggle to get it down thats no good.

have you thought of making your own ? buying a protein you like and adding some fine oats ? its simple

other than that the best I can say is get samples from the various sponsors they nearly all sell them quite cheap.

tried adding more water to the hurricane xs? i always find adding more water dumbs down flavours

i always suggest and use myself redwings suggestion of creating your own. customise flavour, macros, content to suit time/needs

Make your own, whey, creatine, glutamine, maybe leucine. Works out cheaper per serving.

Making your own is always imo an ideal optoin as it allows you to dose exactly as suits your needs and calorie requirements etc

Otherwise all the other bulk protein suppliers also have their own all in one variants too.
