something like this is okay? (adding weight till I reach working weight)

40kg x 10
60kg x 5
80kg x 3
100kg x 2
120kg x 5 x 3 WORKING SETS (3 sets x 5 reps)

or do you have another ideas?

Looks fine mate, maybe a little extensive for some people but as long as you aren't wearing yourself out before the working sets, all is well.

      i just wonder if sth like 50% x 8-10 , 60% x 5 , 75% x 5 would be better?

I mean is this sufficient warmup for 3 sets of 5 reps (same wieght each set)
      ?

For most it would mate but we're all different.

3 warm up sets is usually enough for me, assuming that I did a full-body warm up at the start of the session.

The only way to know for sure is try it.

          5-8 x 50%
          3-5 x 70%
          1 x 80%
